New Voices has funds available from the Durham Cerebral Palsy Foundation Fund of the Triangle Community Foundation to provide communication equipment to students 0-18 years old in North Carolina with cerebral palsy or other neuromuscular disorders.
Our mission is to improve the education of children with severe communication and physical disabilities, affecting their ability to speak and move, by increasing awareness of their underestimated potential and elevating the capabilities of families, teachers, and other professionals who work with them.
New Voices receives $2,900 from CBS 17 and Allen Kelly and Company
Every month, CBS 17 picks a different local charity to raise money and awareness for the daily 3-Degree Guarantee. Each day when the CBS 17 Storm Team gets the next day’s forecast correct within three degrees, CBS 17 and Allen Kelly & Company donate $100 to New Voices.
What our Friends Say.....
"I was deeply honored to receive the LJP award [...] I felt that someone cared about what we were doing with the children. Our work often goes unrecognized and totally misunderstood. New Voices understands connecting children with communication systems."
